By submitting this order inquiry, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions of MCR B.V. (Gala Haute Couture):

  • Concept Development Fee: A fixed and non-refundable concept development fee of €250.00 applies to all bespoke inquiries.
  • Production Advance: A 50% advance payment of the total production cost is required prior to the commencement of physical creation.
  • Bank Details (IBAN): Payments are to be transferred to MCR B.V. via IBAN: NL55 INGB 0007 1840 14.
  • Confidentiality: All design consultations, personal details, and artistic concepts are subject to strict mutual confidentiality.
  • Copyright & Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of the agreed production costs for the ultimate bespoke product, the copyright and intellectual property rights pertaining specifically to the finalized physical design transfer to the buyer. MCR B.V. retains the moral rights and the right to showcase the artistic conceptualization within its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Governing Law & Disputes: This agreement is exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this commission shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where MCR B.V. is established.
